What the ISA certification covers
American Arbor Care has Certified Arborists on staff through the International Society of Arboriculture, with an ISA Professional Membership. The International Society of Arboriculture tests arborists on tree biology, diagnosis, pruning and safety. Our certified arborists use that training to explain what your trees need and why.
You can look up certified arborists in the ISA directory.

What a visit includes
Our ISA Certified Arborists visit your property, explain what they find and give you a free estimate. We can meet you at the property or arrange a visit while you are away, then leave the estimate at your door or email it to you.
The work they recommend can include structural pruning, deadwood removal and clearance. We do not top trees. For trees and shrubs, a visit can also cover pest and disease management, soil care, watering or fertilization where the assessment supports it.
See tree pruning and trimming and plant health care for those services.
Licenses, insurance and safety
American Arbor Care is fully licensed and insured. Applicators maintain Qualified Supervisor licenses with the Colorado Department of Agriculture for pesticide applications. Crews work to OSHA and ANSI Z133 safety standards, and pruning follows ANSI A300 standards.
The company is a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating, and a Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce member. Locally owned and family operated since 1995.
